Guido
and Kaori
Industrial art welder and Creative chef, Guido, used to make
Formula 1 race-car transporter trailers and iron beds for Osaka's
love hotels, but spent time, sweat, care and effort to reinforce
some of my little iron pony's more delicate parts, back before
I left Japan on the eastern Asian leg of my journey. A salt-of-the-Earth
kind of guy, he seems to have the knack of being able to produce
exactly what's required, to the perfect specifications, out of
5 minutes of grinding, sparks, smoke, hissing and fire. His and
his wife Kaori's kitchen in Agave Cafe, America Mura, Osaka, is
only a little different. Put your mouse pedal to the metal and
you could sample the exotic, off the wall, tastes of Agave Cafe,
with it's artistic bent.
